Blockchains Supporting Regulated Stablecoins
Explore blockchains where regulated stablecoins are deployed.
About Blockchain Deployments of Regulated Stablecoins
Regulated stablecoins are issued as tokens on public blockchain networks. A single stablecoin such as USDC may be deployed on multiple blockchains simultaneously, including Ethereum, Solana, Algorand, and Avalanche, each with its own smart contract address. The issuer controls total supply across all chains through official minting and burning mechanisms.
From a compliance perspective, the blockchain on which a stablecoin is deployed can affect which regulatory rules apply, particularly for transfer monitoring, sanctions screening, and settlement finality. Some frameworks, such as MiCA in the EU, require issuers to maintain records of all on-chain deployments and ensure adequate controls regardless of which chain is used.
This page lists blockchain networks (currently top 5 chains by stablecoin issuance volume for each stablecoin) where regulated stablecoins tracked by STRIDE are deployed, together with the count of stablecoins on each chain and individual contract addresses for each deployment.
