SG Forge is registered as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) with France’s ACPR and licensed as an investment firm and a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP). In July 2024, SG Forge announced full compliance with the EU’s MiCA framework, becoming one of the first major euro stablecoin issuers to do so.
