AX Coin Bahrain B.S.C. (c) is the dedicated stablecoin issuance entity and key subsidiary of SOLOWIN HOLDINGS (Nasdaq: AXG; also known as AXG or AlloyX Group / AlloyX Limited, a Cayman Islands holding company with operating subsidiaries). It is the first entity granted a stablecoin issuer license by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) under the new Stablecoin Issuance and Offering (SIO) Module (part of Rulebook Volume 6 – Capital Markets), effective following in-principle approval in January 2026 and final licensing around early June 2026 (announced June 3, 2026).
