OpenEden Digital Limited (“OED”) is a Bermuda-registered Segregated Accounts Company (SAC) and a wholly owned subsidiary of OpenEden Group (“OEG”). It is licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) under the Digital Asset Business Act (as a Digital Asset Business, referenced with Class M and later Class F licensing context) to issue, sell, or redeem virtual coins, tokens, or other digital assets. USDO is issued through this bankruptcy-remote SAC structure, with assets backing USDO held in a segregated account separate from OED’s general account.
