Agora is a stablecoin infrastructure company whose USD token AUSD is issued by Agora Bermuda Limited under a Bermuda Monetary Authority Class F digital asset business licence. Reserves are managed by VanEck, custodied by State Street, and independently attested by Grant Thornton LLP. On 18 September 2026 the OCC granted preliminary conditional approval for Agora National Trust Bank; that US trust bank is not yet open and AUSD issuance remains with the Bermuda entity pending any future cutover.
